Please read and acknowledge the following specific conditions for this package:

Accommodation: Includes a 3-night stay at Hotel HF Tuela Porto in a standard double or single room, with daily breakfast.

Reservation and Deposit: A deposit of 100€ per person is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 27th August 2025.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in incur no penalty. Cancellations between 15–30 days before check-in incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Travel Documents: Travelers must ensure that passports and any required visas are valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates.

Liability: The company is not liable for delays or changes due to events beyond its control (e.g., weather, strikes, force majeure).

Health and Insurance: Travelers must hold valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, repatriation, and trip cancellation.
